Terms of Use

1. The Service

Prisma Connect lets you connect your own third-party accounts (such as Google) and expose them to an AI agent of your choice through the Model Context Protocol, with optional pseudonymization of personal identifiers. The Service reads data on your behalf; it does not store the content of your connected accounts.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and be authorized to connect the accounts you add. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your endpoint URL and tokens confidential.

3. Acceptable use

• Only connect accounts and data you are entitled to access.
• Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights or privacy.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Respect the terms of the third-party providers and AI providers you connect through the Service.

4. Third-party services

The Service connects to third parties (providers like Google; AI providers like Anthropic and OpenAI). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and grant no rights in them.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Availability & beta

The Service may be offered in beta and provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outputs produced by AI providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Connect → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
