We retain no source data
There is no durable copy of your data to leak. It is fetched live, transformed in memory, returned, and gone unless you deliberately enable the short-lived RAM cache. We keep account details and encrypted credentials — never source content in the database.
Read-only by default
Read tools are the safe default. Every action that creates, sends, updates, publishes, refunds, cancels, or deletes is separately marked and stays off until you deliberately enable it for that account.

Questions, answered
Do you store my business data?
No source content is kept. Requests are fetched live, transformed in memory, returned to your agent, and discarded. We retain only account details, preferences, billing state, and encrypted provider or connector credentials. The optional speed cache is RAM-only and self-destructs.
What does the AI actually see?
You choose per connector: Send clear passes the original payload; Share with us sends protected tokens that Prisma can reveal for you; Only you sends one-way tokens that nobody can reverse. Only enabled connectors are exposed to the agent.
Can the agent change or delete anything?
Only when you explicitly allow the exact action. Read tools are the default; create, send, update, publish, refund, cancel, and delete actions are separately labelled and remain off until you enable them for that connector account.
Which agents work?
Claude (claude.ai, Desktop, Code), ChatGPT, Gemini, OpenClaw, and any MCP-compatible client — including local models via Ollama with an MCP host. One URL, installed with a login or a secret link.
